What you'll be doing :
- Aligning with Clickstop's Core Values to drive our culture and business forward.
- Providing an industry best customer experience for one of our e-commerce brands, Fasteners Plus
- Recognizing and identifying customer needs and opportunities by being a great listener.
- Continuously improving our processes.
- Working within a highly collaborative team and strategizing with our Marketing, Operations, Freight, and Purchasing teams to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrating our commitment to our brand promise by providing customers what they want, when they need it on their first call.

Note : For remote work, internet speeds of 20 mbps are required. In order to be considered for a remote role at Clickstop, residence must be in one of the following states : Iowa, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Nevada or Florida. This role is Hybrid with weekly onsite requirements in Urbana, IA.
