Manufacturing Associate - Nylon Slings
We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and quality in our manufacturing processes.
About the Role:
- You will work closely with the team to establish and maintain productive and efficient standard work through continuous improvement/lean manufacturing techniques.
- You will collaborate with team members to achieve personal and team production goals while celebrating wins.
- You will execute excellent work while observing all safety measures to ensure the safety of yourself and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Operate cutting and sewing machines to produce high-quality nylon slings.
- Assist certified team members in operating testing equipment, proof, and break testing products.
- Maintain a clean and safe production area by adhering to routine cleaning schedules.
- Take part in designing new sling products to meet customer demands.
Requirements:
- You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- You should have great attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship.
- You should be computer-savvy, with basic skills in Microsoft Office.
- You should possess strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
