We're seeking a dynamic and innovative Sr. Marketing Technology Analyst to join our Business Systems Team and oversee our marketing technology stack. This is a hands-on technology focused role with strong collaboration with business teams in Marketing Operations and Growth. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee our cutting-edge marketing technology stack, driving efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making across our marketing operations.The Role : Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy aligned with ClickUp's ambitious growth objectives and efficiency goals.Champion digital tools as a super-user and product evangelist.Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technologies, including but not limited to email automation, audience management, website & app tagging, and integrations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies with our existing tech stack (e.g., Marketo, Iterable, Snowflake, Salesforce, Retool, Apollo).Architect and manage end-to-end integrations that promote data integrity, scalability, and a cohesive customer journey across marketing and sales technologies.Design and optimize cross-functional workflows within the marketing technology stack to ensure seamless data flow and enhanced performance across platforms.Drive the development and maintenance of our marketing data policies (preference management and data privacy compliance), ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and actionability.Spearhead the implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.Work closely with the COO, VP of Growth & Data and other leadership to align marketing technology initiatives with company-wide priorities and projects.Qualifications : 5 years of experience in marketing technology rolesDeep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing technology landscapeProven track record of implementing and optimizing marketing technology stacksStrong technical skills, including experience with data modeling, analytics, and marketing automationExperience designing integrations between marketing platforms and data analytics tools (e.g., data warehouses, CRM systems), with a focus on interoperability and efficiency.Familiarity with tools such as Segment, Google Tag Manager, Marketo, Salesforce and various marketing platformsExcellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
