At ClickUp, design is at the core of everything we do. We believe that exceptional user experiences stem from a perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics. As a Lead Product Designer, you will own growth design across our entire in-app product experience from onboarding, activation, retention and expansion. You will partner with growth product managers, other product designers, and engineers to create seamless user experiences while driving business outcomes.What You'll Do :
Partner with growth product managers to own growth design end-to-end, from concept through to execution (e.g. brainstorming, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes).Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and optimize features like onboarding flows, in-product messaging, and growth loops.Push the quality of craft and design practices to high standards.Drive product-led growth by creating designs that encourage user engagement, satisfaction, and adoption.Wear multiple hats to achieve quality & efficiency in design delivery.Qualifications :
2 years of experience in Growth Product Design (e.g. helped run experiments and demonstrated successful outcomes).2 years of experience in digital product design at a software company.Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in data-driven, customer-centric UX.Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team.Excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Bonus : has previously led their own work streams.
