Role Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Demand Generation Lead with a strong focus on cold outbound prospecting and expertise in leveraging tools like Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, Outreach, and Lemlist to drive scaled multi-channel campaigns. This role combines analytical rigor with creative campaign development to generate qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline growth. You will own the full campaign lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on identifying, engaging, and converting target accounts through personalized outbound outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns: Develop and implement multi-channel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.) focused on specific ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and key accounts. Leverage internal data and tools like Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, Outreach, and Lemlist for list building, enrichment, and personalized outreach automation.
- Master outbound prospecting techniques: Craft compelling outreach messaging and value propositions tailored to specific target audiences. Develop and refine cadences and sequences to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Build and optimize targeted lists: Utilize Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other data sources to identify and segment high-potential prospects based on firmographic, technographic, and behavioral criteria. Continuously refine targeting parameters based on performance data and market insights.
- Own the full campaign lifecycle: Manage all aspects of outbound campaigns, from list building and outreach to lead nurturing and handoff to sales. Track and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop compelling campaign messaging and content: Create personalized and relevant content for outbound outreach, including email templates, LinkedIn connection requests, and other communication materials. Collaborate with content and creative teams as needed to develop high-impact assets.
- Establish comprehensive testing frameworks: Implement A/B testing across channels, messages, and audiences to optimize campaign performance and scale successful approaches. Analyze data to identify winning strategies and refine outreach tactics.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of B2B demand generation experience with a demonstrated success in pipeline contribution and revenue impact, specifically with outbound prospecting.
- Proven experience using outbound automation and list building tools like Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, etc.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics tools. Strong ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful multi-channel demand generation programs, with a focus on outbound strategies, that consistently exceed pipeline targets.
- Excellence in campaign analysis, with the ability to identify opportunities for optimization and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Experience using data analysis tools like SQL and Excel to uncover customer insights and track campaign performance. Comfortable creating reports and dashboards to measure marketing metrics and share results with the team.
