The Role:
- Marketing Operations & Initiative Planning
- Assist in planning and organizing marketing initiatives to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain and update project tracking systems, ensuring key milestones are met.
- Support the team in managing priorities and timelines for ongoing campaigns.
- Budget & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and track budget allocations, ensuring spending aligns with approved plans.
- Assist with fulfillment tracking and reconciliation of media investments.
- Work closely with department leads to support reporting on spend efficiency.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Help collect, organize, and analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights.
- Assist in compiling reports on key performance metrics to support optimization efforts.
- Work with marketing analytics teams to ensure accurate data tracking and attribution.
- Assisting with competitor analysis and other market research efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support campaign managers in daily operational needs, allowing them to focus on strategic growth.
- Coordinate with creative, analytics, and media teams to streamline workflows and processes.
- Assist in documentation and internal communications to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Analytical mindset with experience working with data to support marketing insights.
- Basic familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and comfort with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker).
