The Role:
- Management of direct payroll activities for bi-weekly, multi-state & international payroll for contractors and staff personnel.
- Coordinate with IT, HR, and Financial Operations to develop integrated information systems that meet ClickUp's unique and complex business needs.
- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Set up and maintain all compliance requirements and reporting.
- Partners with the HR team to collect necessary data for payroll processing including benefit deductions and salary changes.
- Acts as first point of contact for employee payroll questions.
- Manages timekeeping & payroll systems and ensures proper and accurate flow of information & policy setups.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Workday payroll experience required.
- Must be tech Savvy and proficient with payroll software.
- Three to five years of related experience required.
- Experience processing payroll for a company of 500 employees preferred.
