OCM Consultant / Analyst
Location : Hybrid in Charlotte NC absolute must.
Duration : Contract to Hire
Must have-
Prosci
Change analyst / strategy / plans
Working knowledge of OCM methodologies such as PROSCI which includes development of such deliverables as Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Analysis and Communications Assessments
In addition to analysis, assessments and change strategies and plans, the resource will have experience developing work products that support the change management plans. Execution of plans and work products is expected with stakeholder engagement and end-user adoption critical to success and measured through metrics and reporting (created by the OCM Analyst).
Develops content including standard operating procedures, how to knowledge articles, training materials and project impacts for dissemination to non-technical and technical users. Ability to write and communicate changes to users including technical changes in clear, concise terms.
Supports the development and maintenance of relationships within IT and across the business stakeholders. Develops and executes communications plans to communicate project impacts across the company in an effort to provide transparency Into the projects.
Experience working with and reaching all levels of employees.
Experience on large efforts with company-wide impact.
