This position will include performing detailed requirements analysis, writing technical specifications, performing user acceptance testing and managing the cross-team collaboration and communication required for successful deployments. This role is also responsible for overseeing ongoing enhancements, effectively releasing new features and functions, and developing sound processes that ensure that business and technical requirements are effectively met.
* This is not a traditional business analyst role, but a combination of systems and functional analyst with hands-on experience in pseudocode (Domain Specific Language).
Responsibilities:
Product requirements owner and key player to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders, identify feature gaps, lead requirement gathering, design and development, management for a web-based clinical application.
Strong understanding of SDLC (agile methodologies) from idea inception through scoping, requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, QA, user acceptance, maintenance support, and change management.
Spearheads a project, from initiation phase to closure and meet the milestones and timelines to deliver a quality product.
Need software development mindset to be able to do hands-on pseudo coding in a DSL (domain specific language) and help test the code using an in-house testing tool.
Serves as a liaison between internal stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, understand, analyze, and communicate business needs so that technical delivery teams can build effective solutions.
Creates project and operational support documents which may include to business requirements documents, process and data flow diagrams, solution design specifications, implementation plans, and testing scripts and other documents as needed.
Writes SQL queries to extract, understand, analyze, and validate data with respect to the business requirements and create ad-hoc reports.
Experience leading multiple projects or programs involving multiple stakeholders and leaderships with competing priorities in complex environments. Ability to thrive in a complex environment.

Bachelor's degree in technical field required, Master's degree preferred.
