What are the responsibilities and job description for the OEM Compliance Administrator position at Client Command?

Client Command has an exciting opportunity for an OEM Compliance Administrator. The OEM Compliance Administrator will strategically locate, compile and organize documentation required by each manufacturer for efficient processing of client files.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all updates to OEM Brand Compliance Guidelines and Co-op/Co-Marketing Program Guidelines, disseminate information to corresponding team members.
- Set up secure credentials for resource and processing access to OEM proprietary websites and portals.
- Manage and delegate to a part time subordinate.
- Collaborate as needed with Clients to ensure alignment.
- Set up, prepare, organize and maintain individual client folders for claim submission.
- Correspond with vendors supplying documents and format files received.
- Research and record digital activity and numbers (i.e. number of emails launched/display/banner ads).
- Verify monthly payments from dealers, update and record on monthly tracking sheet.
- Generate and prepare monthly co-op invoices for individual client folders.
- Assist in claim submissions as a back-up.
- Adopt, promote and embody the Client Command Company Values.
- Perform other duties as reasonably within the scope of the role.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite – Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of using general office equipment (i.e. scanner, printers etc.).
- Basic knowledge of software programs and reporting systems such as Salesforce and OneLogin.
- Solid organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Resourceful type attitude and willing to think outside the box.
- Excels in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Hybrid
- We offer a hybrid/remote work environment. Candidates should live within a commutable distance of our headquarters in Cumming, GA and be willing to come into office 1-2 times per month.
