Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to businesses from a provided list, introducing our services and identifying potential leads.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and determine if they align with our offerings.
- Overcome objections with professionalism and confidence, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring clear and accurate information is passed along.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, lead interactions, and appointment scheduling in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with team members to refine scripts, share feedback, and improve strategies for lead engagement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, primarily when documenting call details and appointments.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar platforms (training provided if necessary) is preferred.
- Resides in the Albuquerque Metropolitan area or firmly understands the local business landscape (preferred). Seasoned Cold Callers will be considered on a national basis.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.
