Overview
Client First Technologies Client First Technologies currently is seeking an Audio Visual (AV) Multimedia Specialist to support our government customer. This is a purposed filled role that contributes to impactful solutions advancing our federal clients' mission. The Audio Visual (AV) Multimedia Specialist may examine doctrine, plans, policies and procedures that will enhance and enrich the training environment, ensuring our warfighters are fully prepared for any challenge.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and operate NIPR/SIPR Video Teleconference (VTC) suites and Teams
- Set up VTC equipment, establish connections, and operate the VTC
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and coordinate repairs for VTC and conference room systems
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) trainer on at least one JLCCTC/MRF-B model during CPXs using Warfighting Simulation (WARSIM) and as an alternate on another
- Perform routine maintenance and inventory tracking
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment
- Respond to routine questions and coordinate with clients on the functionality of projectors, lighting, microphones, and video-conferencing equipment for events
- Provide interconnectivity between the After Action Review (AAR) facility and other classrooms or other spaces throughout the MTC
- Facilitate AAR’s using audio/visual equipment
- Serve as alternate Systems Administrator to perform boundary defense tasks in RMF 2.0 or latest cyber security model
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in an associated discipline
- In lieu of degree, high school diploma plus five (5) years of AV/Multimedia experience is required
- Minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated experience operating and maintaining VTC systems using Crestron, Extron, and other control systems
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365 (O365) and Microsoft (MS) Teams
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as: Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), addressing, firewalls, routers, Virtual Local Area Network (VLANs), and Virtual Private Network (VPN) and sound mixing/recording systems proficiency
Certification
- IAT Level II Certification
Required Clearances and Screenings
- Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Occasional travel and overtime may be required
