Overview
Client First Technologies currently is seeking a Medium Unit Collective Trainer support our government customer. The Individual Training Branch Trainer may examine doctrine, plans, policies and procedures that will enhance and enrich the training environment, ensuring our warfighters are fully prepared for any challenge.

Responsibilities
- Serve as Simulations Facilitator (SIMFAC) for various levels of army training exercises
- Act as a recognized technical expert in base labor category description
- Function as an individual contributor in at least one of the six Army WfF
- Utilize expertise in staff training best practices and information technology to develop solutions for Army mission command training
- Utilize diverse technical experience and specialization in a specific technology or WfF
- Stay current on training methodologies and technological trends
- Plan and execute unit training from squad to corps levels, assisting leadership in meeting training objectives
- Identify resource and training gaps and collaborate with management to address them
- Serve as a mentor or observer/trainer when needed, gathering observations during training events for unit AARs
- Maintain a repository of relevant TTPs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with military training and training support
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in instructional development
- Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in technology-based training as well as the use and application of off-the-shelf tools and associated equipment and systems
- Qualification to operate at least two Army MCIS
- Completion of the Army CGSC, ILE, the Army Warrant Officer Advanced Course, the Army Battle Staff Course, served as a Digital Master Gunner with ASI 5C identifier, or served as an Operations Sergeant Major or Operations Sergeant in a BN, BDE, DIV, or Corps command post

- Warfighter experience
- Live, virtual, constructive and combined experience
- BSWS, WARSIM, DXTRS, MMC-S, WINTAC experience
Required Clearances and Screenings
- Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Occasional travel and overtime may be required
