Here’s what the job entails.
We set appointments for insurance agents to meet with their customers.
These meetings are important to both the agents and their customers. They help the agent be able to keep their customers long term, help build rapport between the agent and their clients, and ensuring clients are being properly protected.
The problem that these insurance agents are facing is they don’t have the time to set up these meetings with their customers. So, they outsource the appointment setting to us. We call their customers and book appointments for them, so they can meet and review everything together.
The bulk of the job is making those calls and scheduling appointments. It’s a low-pressure, high-impact, friendly call. And we have scripts to guide you and make it simple.
The other side of the job is you’ll work with a portfolio of agents every month. These are the agents you are scheduling appointments for. You get to own that relationship. And as you get to know them, their team, and their business they will begin to think of you like a virtual team member.

Schedule:
Initial 6-week training period: 9 AM – 5:30 PM TX time.
We are looking for people who can work a schedule of 9 AM or 10 AM- 6 PM.
30-minute paid break available daily.
1-hour unpaid break available daily.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $178.00 per hour
