Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Define and actively manage project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Team Coordination:
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Assign tasks and ensure team members are aligned with project goals.

- Team Accountability
- Ensure team members fulfill their responsibilities and meet project expectations.
- Provide clear feedback, set performance standards, and address issues constructively.
- Stakeholder Communication:

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
