The Sales Development Representative is a business development sales position that consists of identifying employers with opportunities to adopt and/or improve employee care within their company.

Sales Development Representative

Client Giant is looking for sales development representatives to further add to our sales team. We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of sales experience that want to jump-start their careers at a fast-growing SaaS Sending Platform for client and employee engagement. 


What will I be doing?

· Create new opportunities for the enterprise and direct sales teams through managing inbound interest across multiple territories via a main sales line, form submissions, and chat 

· Effectively sell the value of Client Giant to key stakeholders via managing an outbound pipeline within your assigned territory 

· Prospect and hunt for the right contacts at enterprise-level companies 

· Conduct a high volume of qualifying calls and speak knowledgeably with decision makers at the executive levels 

· Become an expert in sales development: product knowledge, messaging, and high-tech tools to be successful (HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc.) 

· Work closely with assigned enterprise account managers and coordinate meetings with relevant stakeholders to progress opportunities through the sales process 

· Contribute to overall team success by relaying any information that may be of value to the team (e.g. best practices, new features, competitive pressures, etc.) 

· Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets

· Solid B2B sales ability with strong desire to grow as a sales professional

· Must be able to deliver results and measure your own success

· Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision

· Must have good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create sales proposals and presentations

· Entrepreneurial mind set

· Good organization and time management skills

· Bachelor’s degree highly desired
