ENVIRONMENT : Commercial Construction LOCATION : Denver, CO COMPENSATION RANGE : $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 DOQ DEGREE REQUIREMENTS : 4 year degree

WORK STATUS : Must be able to work for any United States. Company without sponsorship POSITION SUMMARY :
1. Budget management including cost tracking, forecasting, monthly projections, review with project team, contingency, and allowance tracking, change orders, etc.
2. Contract management including adhering to owner contract requirements; writing, creating and managing subcontractor contracts and reviewing / creating subcontractor change orders.
3. Run and facilitate Owner / Architect / Contractor weekly meetings.
4. Collaborate and work in conjunction with the Project Superintendent to ensure that the Superintendent has what he needs to build the job including having subcontractors on board, materials and equipment on time, and internal resources necessary.
5. Manage and oversee Project Engineers and their responsibilities.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years in the construction industry
- Must have prior project experience as Project Manager on jobs $3M
- Must be a resident of the United States
- Must have prior experience as a Project Engineer; processing RFI's, submittals, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other related field
