• POSITION SUMMARY : The Manufacturing Engineer Project Manager will develop, implement, and maintain safe, optimal, and cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods according to product specifications and quality standards. This role will also recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods, and controls.
• DETAILS OF THIS CAREER OPPORTUNITY
• Supports research, design, and the development of safe manufacturing processes, including production flow, assembly methods, and production equipment.
• Consult with stakeholders to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structures or renovations and prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
• Prepares and maintains detailed layouts of the facility's property, buildings, and equipment.
• Supports and may lead the manufacturing launch of new / revised products, including establishing goals, training team members, and evaluating results.
• Designs, develops, tests, and / or sources and cost-justifies various tools, machinery, equipment, and refrigerated insulation processes for safely manufacturing truck bodies and components.
• Prepares capital projects for new equipment and processes.
• Safely launches machines, processes, methods, and / or tooling technologies with >
