As a key member of our team, you will demonstrate flexibility, expertise, and leadership skills while collaborating with colleagues and external partners.
">Responsibilities
">- Lead site safety initiatives and ensure clear communication among teams. ">
- Support multiple sites within the Cell Gene Therapy network, including travel when necessary. ">
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in assigned areas, contributing to manufacturing excellence. ">
- Mentor and train manufacturing staff on new processes and procedures. ">
- Collaborate with customer experts to ensure seamless integration of customer processes. ">
- Participate in technical and project meetings to drive campaign preparation and success. ">
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance manufacturing capabilities. ">
- Collaborate with the CT Manufacturing project specialist team to integrate process improvements. ">
- Work closely with the CT Manufacturing team to source necessary equipment and materials. ">
Requirements
">- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a related field. ">
