Role Specific Responsibilities
· Must be able to work with internal team in the OKC Corporate office on a daily basis.
· Interact with client team members and executives, representing your individual project and your internal team on a regular basis.
· Leverage existing methodologies to provide industry-recognized best practices to clients.
· Collaborate with client, vendor, and your team members to identify and document desired functionality, business requirements, supporting processes and/or system procedures.
· Facilitate project activities such as client meetings, process/design workshops, user acceptance test sessions, and weekly status updates.
· Provide hands-on business and technical analyst activities, while completing project deliverables.
· Provide leadership, coordinate, and execute the team’s vision and strategic plan with advisor and team member input and involvement.
· Lead, coordinate, track, and report on team goals and initiatives.
· Coordinate training on new systems and technology for advisors and team.
· Provide back-up support for individual team members, as needed.
· Create an exceptional client experience through high quality support and communication.
· Establish new accounts and process account servicing requests for clients, when needed.
· Maintain integrity of the team’s Client Relationship Management System with up-to-date client and vendor information.
· Coordinate scheduling of follow-up items and tasks from client meetings.
· Correspond and provide service to clients.
· Oversee the planning process and coordination of deliverables and services.
· Provide value and organization, to facilitate the practice’s continued growth and development.
Ideal work experience looks like…
· 2 years of consulting experience
· 2 years of experience participating in the development or implementation of software systems
· 2 years of upstream energy industry experience, including working knowledge of one or more of the following areas within upstream is preferred but not required:
o Revenue Accounting
o Production Accounting
o Well Data and Drilling
o Land Management
o Midstream
· Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
o Understanding of PL/SQL
o SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), Informatica (ETL)
o C#
o Net Framework
o Python
· Strong experience with Power BI, Visio, and Excel is required.
· Prefer additional experience in Salesforce, ODA, Quorum, SAP, Wolfe Pak

· Bachelor’s Degree
· This position may require travel to client projects.
