Access Management & Provisioning (AMP) Analyst
Hours of Operation: Availability to work assigned shift (hours of operations are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday).
Work Model: Hybrid in KC office (20% monthly, starting 1/1/25 50% monthly) or Remote. The desired primary work location for this position is Kansas City, but remote candidates will be considered.

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is currently seeking candidates for a position supporting access provisioning and logical access control. IAM serves as the central logical access rights administration service provider for the company. IAM staff perform daily functions required to uphold policies and controls for information security to protect the System’s information assets. Staff work with critical and sensitive information, administer access rights daily and are relied upon to maintain intended security safeguards.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for access management administration and support of multiple complex computer applications, directories and domains that encompass user lifecycle management (onboarding, transfers, offboarding, access reviews) and access to IT resources; including gathering information from multiple sources, analyzing and summarizing the information to draw conclusions and make decisions to ensure appropriate access is provisioned.
- Assimilate customer requirements from request intake systems and customer consultation, and utilize standard IT, Audit and Security standards and methodologies when provisioning and implementing access solutions.
- Drive compliance with policies and standards through procedures and quality assurance support activities. Administer routine activities to ensure communication of time-critical information and to maintain consistent customer service levels, including potential afterhours on-call support.
- Communicate with business areas and other support providers to build and foster strong relationships.
- Apply an understanding of technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment to independently research and resolve access-related issues.
- Apply an understanding of product management and agile frameworks to deliver access solutions that add business value.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s specializing in an information technology field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of related education, IT certifications, and/or experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Typically requires at least 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate understanding of Identity and Access Management cybersecurity discipline. Works under clearly defined guidelines with direct supervision.
- Consults with management or more senior staff in decision-making.
- Basic understanding of Cloud provisioning preferred.
- Scripting language experience preferred, such as PowerShell, Perl, JavaScript or SQL Script.
- Maintains confidential information and demonstrates tact, discretion and diplomacy.
- Ability to communicate technical issues. Strong interpersonal, analytical and customer service skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize work/deadlines required.
