What are the responsibilities and job description for the Game Designer position at Client Resources, Inc.?

Design and implement game mechanics, including scoring systems, player progression, and leaderboards.
Create and refine game levels, including level layouts, maps, and architectural elements.
Work on Xbox and PlayStation game design, with PC and mobile-related tooling as needed.
Collaborate with developers to bring game concepts to life and enhance gameplay experiences.
Ensure designs follow a "player-first" approach, understanding nuances beyond academic experience.

Requirements:

Game design experience within a professional studio (not just academic projects).
Strong programming skills in C# (primary), with exposure to C or Python.
Experience coding and designing games for Xbox or PlayStation.
Familiarity with Unity and Microsoft technologies (C#, Xbox SDKs, etc.).
Basic to advanced knowledge of UI/UX in games.
Passion for gaming with the ability to translate ideas into engaging experiences.
