Will serve as the I/S Principal Solution Delivery Manager, responsible for leading an enterprise-level Agile Release Train within a SAFe environment. This includes fulfilling the role of Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a train consisting of 5 dedicated teams delivering technology solutions. The individual will ensure timely delivery of prioritized large-scale initiatives, support ART leadership in managing competing priorities and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement by optimizing throughput and reducing cycle time through expert use of established frameworks and methodologies.
- End to End planning, execution and governance of multi-million dollar initiatives; managing risks, dependencies and quality metrics – developing and executing comprehensive project management and communication strategies for large scale initiatives.
- Ability to utilize range of methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, SAFe, PMBOK) to customize execution approach, ensuring high -quality, cost effective and timely delivery.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) - serve as Release Train Engineer (RTE) for 5 teams and approximately 85 associates while partnering with ART level Product Manager and 3 System Architects for our Finance enablement ART.
- Finance Operations experience a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with high level leadership and stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, advocating for change and coaching more junior level Agile Project Managers
