- Collaboration with I/S peers & business partners to deliver ETL solutions.
- Ability to teach/mentor others on Informatica and SQL.
- Ability to design strategic ETL solutions.
- Expert in ETL performance tuning.
- Insurance Industry Experience.
- 7 years of ETL design / develop / implementation in Data warehouse applications
- Informatica 9.6 or higher experience
- Extensive knowledge of Informatica Aggregator, Sorter, Router, Filter, Join, Lookup, & other transformations.
- Experience with UNIX shell scripting.
- Database Design (Teradata, Oracle, SQLServer, DB/2, & UDB)
- Experience with integrating complex data structures
- Experience with creating independent testing platforms for development/integration testing.
- Demonstrated ability to teach/mentor others on Informatica and SQL.
- Flat file, COBOL, JCL, VSAM experience
- SQLServer Experience
- ALFA data file Experience
- Experience with Agile Projects (SCRUM, daily standups, planning)
- Interpersonal – effective verbal and written communication skills, establishes and maintains interpersonal relationships, and displays strong facilitation skills
- Professional – understands and follows corporate standards and guidelines for software development and change management
- Partnership – demonstrates customer focus and has knowledge or can quickly gain knowledge of: Insurance products, functional and operational processes, business and technical systems
