What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level - Internal Process Auditor position at Client Services , Inc.?
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for determining Company compliance with internal policies, client procedures and applicable industry-related regulation
- Responsible for systematically sampling the adequacy and reliability of internal controls
- Performs review and verification of records, client compliance standards, policies and procedures
- Assists in development of audit procedures and systems
- Conducts risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in established/required timeline
- Determine scope of review
- Review the suitability of internal control design and recommend changes
- Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk
- Communicates audit findings and recommendations to Audit Committee, as well as responsible parties
- Draft comprehensive and complete report of audit areas, findings and recommendations
- Employee should be flexible and willing to take on other responsibilities as needed
- Adhere to client, company and regulatory requirements and policies
- Adhere to company attendance requirements and work assigned schedule

- Systems knowledge and familiarity
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task
- Other duties as assigned by management to the business needs
Qualifications:
- Background in debt collections environment preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 1 year experience with auditing, monitoring or comparable environment
- Effective communicator including excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong comprehension skills and detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Personable
- Tech-savvy
- Schedule is Monday-Friday 8-5pm. (may vary upon client requirements)
- High school diploma or equivalent
