Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist to support a program at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington.

Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.
How Role Will Make An Impact
- Develops, designs, tests, and implements knowledge management initiatives with oversight from the On-Site Manager and MTC Government.
- Manages content on the MTC Share Point portal, as well as interface with MTC Government Knowledge Management Leads.
What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
- IAT II Certification
- Possess general understanding of knowledge architecture and how knowledge flows across people, processes and available technology.
- Able to develop and use modern technology (e.g. relational database systems, analysis of verbal and numerical data, etc.) to develop and strengthen MTC day-to-day information flow and distribution, validating processes through performance measurements and program evaluations.
- Have Knowledge Management advanced training.
- Bachelor's degree in information management or related field.
