CONTROLLER – growing REIT company in Phoenix

Are you a strategic financial leader ready to drive growth at a dynamic real estate investment firm? We're seeking an exceptional Controller to oversee our client’s accounting and tax operations across all portfolios.

The ideal candidate will bring a CPA designation and 10 years of accounting expertise, preferably in real estate. Your deep understanding of GAAP and REIT compliance will be crucial as you lead month-end processes, financial reporting, and tax strategy. Public accounting experience is essential, and an MS / MT in Accounting or Taxation is preferred.

Key responsibilities include :

• Directing financial reporting and compliance across multiple legal entities
• Spearheading tax strategy and risk management
• Leading and developing a high-performing team
• Evaluating acquisitions and dispositions for compliance implications
• Serving as a trusted advisor to executive management and investors

Qualifications :

Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
