Our client, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate to join their Corporate M&A practice in Philadelphia .
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Pennsylvania Bar Admission required.
- 5 years of AMLAW 200 or equivalent experience in business and transactional law , including M&A, joint ventures, and other complex commercial transactions .
- Law firm experience with superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ambition, drive, and team-orientation to contribute to and help grow a national practice.
