Roles and Responsibilities :
Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex datasets using advanced analytical techniques.
Design, build, and deliver reports, dashboards, and data visualizations .
Analyze customer data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement .
Develop and maintain a repository of standardized and customized reporting templates .
Communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders .
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams .
Partner with internal technical teams to enhance reporting capabilities .
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms and models .
Implement forecasting techniques to predict construction project timelines.
Job Requirements :
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data analytics role.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI ).
Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or forecasting methods .
3 years of experience working cross-functionally across departments .
Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas).
Proficiency in Python and SQL .
Experience developing solutions with Data Lakes and Cloud platforms .
Industry experience in home construction is preferred.
Candidate must be able to report in-person to a specific location.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience analyzing large, complex datasets in a multi-project environment .
Ability to conduct independent data analysis that drives organizational change.
Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
