Electrical Engineer - Electronic Engineer
R&D Hands-on Full Lifecycle Product Development
Salary : based on experience & education ($100k - $180k) Location : East Central, IL - Champaign area – Relocation Assistance Available

- Switched-Mode DC-DC Converters
- High-voltage (kV) SiC Mosfets & GaN power electronics
- High Current IGBTs or GaN High-Electron Mobility Transistors
- HV circuit design & layout
- Hardware fabrication
- Electronics test & measurement
- Bachelors degree with 5 years experience or a Masters degree with 2 years

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s or greater and 5 years’ Electrical EngineeringORMicroelectronics experience with prototyping & production facility work backgrounds plus experience with LDMOS or high-voltage GaN RF electronics, and / or high voltage SiC or GaN power electronics, LCR design, and / or noise immunity and simulations through LT SPICE.
This position is for someone that wants to be involved and collaborative with the rest of the team. On-site, you need to be there, hands-on, team member that will see the results of your work go into production and delivered to the end customer.
Salary : $100,000 - $180,000
