A top AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Midlevel to Senior Associate to join their Labor & Employment practice group in San Francisco, CA.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the California bar is required.
- 5-7 years of employment law experience , preferably with an AmLaw 100 law firm.
- Proven experience in employment litigation , including court appearances and depositions.
- Expertise in handling single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits , wage and hour matters , and client counseling.
- Proficiency in drafting motions to compel arbitration, discovery requests and responses, oppositions to motions for class certification, long-form settlement agreements in wage and hour class / collective actions, separation agreements, offer letters, arbitration agreements, and PIIAs.
- Experience in conducting labor due diligence on M&A deals is highly preferred.
- Exceptional legal writing and communication skills.

A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
