Overview :
Directly supervise personnel in general facility property and equipment, maintenance activities including installation, maintenance and repair of facility, structures, equipment, and grounds. Responsibilities may include electrical / electronic, air pneumatic, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, water, gas, and other facility systems.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and direct repairs of factory equipment, building, and grounds.
- Coordinate preventative and proactive maintenance programs.
- Oversee janitorial service and general maintenance of grounds.
- Oversee installation of new equipment and building alterations.
- Oversee outside contractors working on company premises.
- Support and train personnel in machine and equipment repairs.
- Maintain organized maintenance department including effective parts ordering and inventory.
- Monitor the control of energy usage and maintenance of plant power equipment.
- Perform other duties as required.
