From planning and setup to quality checks, you’ll work hands-on to optimize production. You’ll also be involved in troubleshooting, collaborating with teams, and documenting processes to keep everything on track.

- Problem Solver : Figure out what’s causing issues and find practical solutions.
- Process Planner : Outline and manage each step of the manufacturing process, including assembly and packaging.
- Improvement Expert : Review and update processes to make them more efficient.
- Equipment Caretaker : Ensure tools and machines are well-maintained and ready to go.
- Team Collaborator : Partner with the product design and quality teams to ensure we can produce new products efficiently.
