What they’re looking for : Graduate from an accredited Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician program (required)Can be MLT / MT or CLT / CLS with ASCP certification. Hours and compensation potential : -Full time position. Varying Schedule. working between 8-12hr shifts with rotating shifts and weekends.-The range is between $29hr-$44hr and will offer a shift differential of 2hr. The facility offers excellent benefits and will help with relocation and offer a couple of months of housing allowance. What you’ll be doing : The Medical Technologist / Clinical Laboratory Scientist is responsible for the provision of clinical laboratory results for the purpose of achieving definite therapeutic outcomes that improve customer care. Clinical laboratory practice involves the process through which a tech works with other health care professionals to design, implement and monitor a therapeutic plan that will produce specific outcomes for the patient. Through these actions, the Laboratory Department supports the overall goals of the medical center, and improves the health and well-being of the patient.
