People Services Director

Salary Range : $90,000 - $135,000 annually

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead HR Operations : Manage co-worker relations programs, including personnel administration and HR compliance.
Develop Policies : Implement and oversee recruitment, compensation, and employee relations strategies.
Resolve Issues : Investigate and address employee relations concerns, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
Collaborate with Leadership : Align HR strategies with organizational goals in partnership with senior management.
Supervise Team : Manage subordinate staff and recruitment processes.
Train Employees : Oversee in-service training programs to boost productivity.
Manage Budget : Develop and monitor the HR department budget.
Ensure Compliance : Adhere to employment laws, CMS, OSHA, and TJC regulations.
Job Requirements
Experience : Healthcare experience and union experience (Required)
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, or Human Resources (Required)
Skills : Strategic analysis, budgeting, compensation analysis, and regulatory compliance knowledge (CMS, OSHA, TJC)
Preferred Qualifications
SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
Master’s degree
