Production Manager - full-time job with a Monday-Friday, fixed 40 hours per week work schedule with daylight hours. Salary : $90,000- $100,000 Stock Grants
We are seeking an individualthat may have one of more of the following capabilities and interests : experiences with intricate parts, building small-scaled models, mechanical inclination, experiences working with your hands, knowledge of computer parts, utilizing computer screens, using microscopes.
Requirements of our Production Manager jobs include : Tactical -Day to Day supervision of High Tech Products Strategic - Build Plans ; Resouces& Inventory planning , Problem solving ; Process improvement- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fabrication processes ; Machine shop [ Ceramic, Semi-Conductors -A Plus ]
- Ability to use and see via a microscope (some jobs)
- Experience working with chemicals
- Knowledge of Microsoft

- Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Able to follow written instructions and procedures and verbal instructions
