We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team as a Senior Test Engineer. In this role, you would be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing test strategies for exotic materials. Key duties
- Create, build & improve test methodologies and systems to test detectors, applications specific integrated circuits (ASIC’s) and printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA’s) used in manufacturing.
- Design, build and maintain electrical and / or mechanical test fixtures.
- Develop tools and processes to automate testing.
- Develop procedures and training operators on test equipment.
- Develop hardware test diagnostics for PCBA’s with exotic materials .
- Implement, verify, and ensure compliance of the test and measurement equipment.
- Develop the materials necessary for training of operators to perform tests per documented processes
- Documentation and reporting of test set up, test plans, and test results.
- Coach, develop, train, and mentor less experienced test engineers.
