The Role
">We're seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team as an expert in the configuration and use of our software. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping people, have outstanding communication skills, and can learn new technology quickly.

Your Responsibilities

- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure clients have a positive experience. ">
