What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Construction Project Manager position at ClientMind Recruiting Inc.?
Clientmind Recruiting is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager for a well established general contractor in the DC area. You'll be responsible for all aspects of project management for federal renovation and new vertical construction. This is a full time position with benefits. It is a remote position except for on-site visits as needed (1-2x per week in the Baltimore area).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Start Up
- Review suppliers and subcontract proposals and issues PO’s and subcontracts
- Identify long lead items and critical path work
- Develop schedule of value billing formats
- Coordinate with the customer
Project Execution
- Compile and submit necessary health and safety documentation, material submittals, and coordinate required permits
- Work closely with Superintendent to track work progress and daily cost analysis, identifying where production rates were met or may have fallen short, and proposing solutions where needed
- Identify and price necessary scope changes and identify their schedule implications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the commercial construction industry
- Must have federal construction experience
- USACE CQM and PMP a plus but not required
Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
