What are the responsibilities and job description for the Irrigation Technician position at Clients First Landscape Solutions?
Clients First Landscape Solutions is hiring an Irrigation Manager for our commercial maintenance division. You must be a licensed irrigation tech or irrigation license to be considered for this position. The main duties will include the following:
-Performing irrigation checks for commercial & HOA.
-Must know two wire irrigation and conventional. Some of our properties are very large.
-Irrigation & water management for contracts
-Completing reports to be submitted to property manages
-Repair work on all maintenance contracts and post construction installs. Helpers will be provided based upon the scope of the repair.
-Warranty management for new construction installs which means visiting the site and adjusting the water based upon the season.
-Meeting inspectors if necessary.
-Providing on site estimates for repair work to property owners and home owners if needed. Management will train so you understand our pricing and rates.
The job is mainly in the field with some office work to complete reports and send emails to clients if needed. 80-90% field work and 10-20% office work.
