Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Clients First Landscape Solutions is adding crew members to our Maintenance division. We are looking for someone that can deliver unmatched customer service. As a Foreman you will assists with day-to-day maintenance and/or installation duties on client properties. You will also execute all required maintenance/installation responsibilities efficiently and productively. You will safely operate machinery and hand tools as directed by your supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Properly operate equipment and tools
• Maintain a safe non-hazardous work environment.
• Physical ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete assigned duties efficiently by working with members of the team.

Duties to include

• Using hand and/or power tools or equipment to perform a wide range of landscape and irrigation duties.
• Laying sod
• Planting
• Watering
• Fertilizing
• Digging
• Raking
• Mowing
• Edging
• Blowing

Additionally, employees are expected to abide by all Company policies to:

• Safeguard assets from theft and misuse
• Comply with business ethics, applicable laws, and regulation.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in landscaping maintenance
• Experience with mowers, blower, and weed eater.
• Ability to perform in a team environment.

And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

• The ability to use hand equipment with mechanized moving blades such as gas-powered shears.
• Experience using manual hand tools such as shovels, rakes, etc.
• Ability to move soil, equipment, and materials, digs holes, and plant trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day.'
