Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual (spanish) Entry Level IT Help Desk support technician for a long term contract with option to hire opportunity in Denver, CO. This role will work from home until it is safe to return to the office in Denver, CO. These roles will be supporting Colorado residents with tier 1 technical support request such as:
- Password reset requests
- Assist with website navigation
- Basic diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Resolve user account problems
- Assistance in handling simple problems or generic 'how to' questions.
Qualifications
Education: H.S. Diploma and/or Computer coursework (applicable certifications) is preferred and the desire to enter into the Information Technology field.
Must be able to read
Experience:
- Good with technology
- Computer Savvy
- Customer Service skills
Additional Information
This long term contract will start off remote due to COVID This role might start off remote due to the pandemic, but will ultimately be located onsite and will work 8 hours per day once safe to do so. The center hours are between 7:00 am- 5:30 pm, so flexibility to work within those hours is required.
This role will require the ability to read and write in Spanish.
This entry level role will pay $16 per hour
