Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all club facilities, including buildings, pools, tennis courts, landscaping, and property utilities.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing operations for all facilities, including seasonal transitions and the overall readiness of the club for each season.
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff and coordinate daily tasks to uphold club standards.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems, landscaping, and grounds to keep the club in pristine condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and club policies, maintaining a secure environment for members and staff.
- Manage vendor relationships for specialized maintenance services, repairs, and inspections.
- Oversee inventory and procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in facility maintenance or property management, preferably in a country club, resort, or hospitality setting.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of maintenance personnel.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool maintenance.
- Experience in landscaping and groundskeeping, including irrigation system management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings, to support club operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver’s License required; certifications in maintenance-related fields are a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
- Work performed both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to respond to maintenance emergencies and be on call as needed.
