Compensation: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Position Summary:
We seek a passionate and skilled Part-Time Tennis Professional to provide top-quality instruction and customer service through lessons, clinics, and programs for players of all levels.
- Provide private and group instruction for all skill levels.
- Assist in promoting and executing tennis programs, junior programs, and events.
- Design safe, professional lesson plans to encourage long-term participation.
- Supervise play, ensure proper fee collection, and foster a welcoming environment.
- Educate students on rules, scoring, safety, and etiquette.
- Enforce club rules and regulations.
- Provide racquet stringing services as needed.
- Respond promptly and professionally to member and guest inquiries.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Minimum 1-year experience in tennis instruction or coaching.
- Experience in a private club setting is a plus.
- Frequently stands, walks, and engages in physical activity on the court.
- Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or balance as required by tennis instruction activities.
