Essential Duties
- Prepare the employee work schedule ensuring that the pro shop is properly manned to handle the customer load.
- Supervise and provide regular training to pro shop attendants so that all pro shop operations run seamlessly.
- Oversee and review POS reports on a daily basis to ensure transactions are properly being entered and resolve any POS issues/questions.
- Reconciling and making weekly deposits following the deposit procedure.
- Collections: Following up with any chargebacks, NSF, nonmember charges on accounts.
- Update front desk manuals and operational procedures for staff to follow.
- Establish pro shop cleanliness and appearance levels and make certain that the pro shop personnel maintain the facility to those established criteria.
- Establish and monitor the product displays in the Pro Shop.
- As appropriate, conduct sales of slow-moving inventory within the pro shop.
- Maintain strong inventory and purchasing control policies and procedures within the pro shop.
- Conduct an accurate month end inventory.
- Review staff daily checklist.
- Respond to members emails and phone call within 24 hours.
- Ordering food and beverage.

- Maintaining logs: maintenance, suggestions, complaints
- Organize game arranging requests for all members.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required/needed.

Physical Demands
- Frequently stands and uses hands; reaches with hands and arms, talks or hears.
- Regularly walks, sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches.
- Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions.
- Noise level is moderate.

Job Knowledge, Skill, And Ability Preferences
- Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
- Retail sales experience is preferred.
- Computer proficiency including but not limited POS, Microsoft Office applications.
Salary : $64,350 - $65,000
