We are a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to producing high-quality wines in the heart of Napa Valley.

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Harvest Intern.

This internship offers a broad and varied harvest experience, involving all aspects of wine production.

Responsibilities include pre-harvest operations such as sampling estate and grower vineyard blocks for maturity, assisting the enologist with chemical analysis, and cleaning and preparing the winery for harvest.

Throughout harvest, each intern will be learning and developing skills in the cellar and working closely with the winemaking team.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a motivated 'can-do' spirit.

Our competitive hourly rate is $21-24, DOE, plus a monthly housing stipend.
