Job Description
As a Napa Valley Wine Production Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain a broad and varied harvest experience.
Responsibilities include sorting and processing fruit, cleaning, and sanitation of the winery and equipment, fermentation monitoring and management, lab analysis, pump operation, barrel work, press operation, racking, and bottling.
You will work closely with the winemaking team and develop skills in the cellar.
Requirements include a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a motivated 'can-do' spirit.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21-24, DOE, plus a monthly housing stipend.
