What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collision Estimator position at Cliff's Body Repair?
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a body technician. The ideal candidate will assist in creating accurate repair plans with our estimators, disassembly and reassemble vehicles as well as perform structural repairs when needed. We are a locally owned and operated shop looking to obtain multiple OEM certifications in order to grow and better serve our customers and community.
Duties:
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles involved in collision
-Ability to straighten aluminum and steel panels with glue pulling
- Read and apply OEM procedures provided to repairs
- Support other body techs in repairs as needed
-Cut and weld as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a body or disassembly role required
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high-quality standards
- Customer service skills to interact with team members effectively
- Familiarity OEM procedures and tooling is preferred
-Familiarity with Celette Naja and frame equipment preferred.
- Valid driver's license required for moving vehicles within the facility

Pay: $18.00 - $45.00 per hour dependent on experience
