Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 (with shift differential)

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement for employment
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Successful completion of all company sponsored Sales Associate training programs
- Successfully complete additional certifications for this position to include, but not limited to, ServSafe or equivalent Food Service Program, franchise-specific certification requirement (e.g. Subway) Alcohol Certification (ABC) and Tobacco Certification.
Major Accountabilities:
- Provide customer service and satisfaction, being accountable to the Store Manager
- Conduct sales transactions exchanging goods/services for cash or credit payment
- Replenish stock levels with existing merchandise to continue sales
- Maintain a clean and orderly retail outlet
- Safety and security of premises through application of policies, procedures and inspections
- Account for cash, credit and various forms of payment for goods/services provided.
