NY Part-Time Private Funds Staff Attorney

The New York office of Clifford Chance has an opening for a part-time staff attorney in the Firm's Private Funds group.

The rate of pay for this role is $100- $200 per hour, with the expectation that the candidate will work approximately 50 hours per month.Actual rate of pay will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years of private funds experience and experience with LP reviews and secondaries transactions. Admission to the NY bar required. Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).
